VIRGO

22 August to 21 September

Those born under the sign Virgo are usually very methodical and discriminating, if at times a little critical. Unlike the other signs, here we have few extremes, if any, because Virgo folk are so well balanced and determined –preferring to work serenely and with no pretensions.

In their actions they are invariably discreet, for they do not seek the limelight. They can take on the atmosphere of conditions round about them; and in business undertakings they appear to have quite a psychic flare.

Because of these qualities, Virgo subjects are apt to make a success as photographers, or photographers models, chemists, buyers or sellers, and if you have a Virgo-born saleswoman in your employ, then you can be fairly certain that your product will not only sell, but will in addition, become well-known.

Constitutionally, the Virgo type is usually fairly strong; they do worry much more than most, and are attracted and affected more than average by the people they choose to mix closely with, but mainly it is their weight and figure size that can at times be their main health trouble.

They usually find their best happiness in their marriage with those born Capricorn, 21 December to 19 January ; or alternatively with those born Taurian 21 april to 20 May, and sometimes to Arians, 21 March to 20 April.

There are few well-proven “luck-bringers” for Virgo subject as a whole. The most propitious colours are thought to be brown, rust, or grey. Secondly the jewel for them is without doubt the sapphire. Lastly the day of the week which usually proves to be the most fortunate is a Tuesday; but Monday can at times be most irritating for Virgo subjects.
