Make Hair Soft As Silk

  • To have hair as soft as silk always shampoo weekly if you live in a smoky atmosphere, every ten days if you live and work in clean, country air.
  • Always rinse at least three times in clean water—a deposit left on your scalp and hair after shampooing will make it look dull and lifeless.
  • Wash your bush and comb everyday.
  • NEVER borrow a brush or comb.
  • Always use a clean towel after washing your hair and have clean pillow ease the same night.
  • Avoid tight curies, tight hat, light head bands or elastic bands.
  • When using lacquer, the ideal way is to keep the container at least twelve inches away from your head so that the spray is very light and fine. Basically hairspray are composed of an alcoholic solutions of film-forming agents. Many new spray contain modern organic hair setting agents.
  • Use a lacquer-removing shampoo from time to time if you rely on a spray to keep tour hair tidy.
  • Electricity causes hair to fly out of set easily. Frost and clod make this worse, and the hair should not be brushed as frequently as at other times.
  • Conditioner maybe needed everyday, not only on the two days after shampoo and set.
  • In summer, too much sun, wind and salt spray can make hair strewing and sticky. So when you are out of doors, protect your hair by trying it up in a chiffon scarf or by wearing a sun hat.
